Biography
I always considered myself a city girl. That was until four years ago when my partner and I bought an 1840 Farmhouse in Williamsville, Vermont. Our plan, at the time, was to visit some weekends and maybe a few weeks in the summer. We came the first weekend, and then the next, and then every weekend after that, and as soon as we could, we became fulltime Vermonters.
My move to Vermont has made me realize two important things. One: I needed a change from my fifteen-year college teaching career. Two: the importance of living in a place that livens you. Vermont has become that place for me. Here, I have found a sense of community that I have not experienced anywhere else. I have always been passionate about real estate and the way in which a person fits a house and the way a house fits a person. I look forward to helping my clients find the place that fits them.
Our country home is the perfect place for our four grown children to visit (even all at once!) and for our rescue dog Diego to run around.
I think about real estate a lot these days, but when I’m not, I’m either reading, writing, running or working around the house. And sometimes we visit the city.
” Kassie was great. I went through a few realtors before finally landing to be happy with BVGC.
