Why Work With Us?

Karen Hoppe is knowledgeable, resourceful, trustworthy and congenial.  Karen quickly responds to calls, emails, and texts in a punctual manner.  At a critical point in the buying process I solicited Karen's counsel and she provided sage advice that furthered and ultimately sealed the deal.  In my nearly three decades of buying and selling real estate, Karen is by far the best Realtor I have ever worked with.  I would recommend Karen to my own mother.

We always have great service with BV and Karen Hoppe was exceptional.

Karen is an amazing Realtor.  I've used her for both buying and selling, she is incredibly courteous, timely, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional.

Karen Hoppe was very professional and listened to what we wanted in a property.  She was friendly and accommodating.

Agents on both sides were kind, thorough and efficient as they communicated by and with us as buyers with our needs and the seller.  Thank you all!

Karen Hoppe was very helpful and patient with me

Karen was wonderful!

Karen Hoppe was patient while we looked for our first home for two years! Karen was well informed, had a solid reputation among other realtors, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend Karen to anyone

My second sell/buy with Karen Hoppe. She was attentive & there every step of the way. When I knew I had to sell the Vermont house Karen was at the top of a very short list!

Karen was so helpful & great throughout the entire process. Kept us informed at every stage of the process & helped us secure a great property. She made sure to have all our questions answered timely and we would definitely work with her again.
